Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and confident YouTube Content Creator & Presenter to join HawksCode. In this role, you will be the face of our video content, responsible for planning, creating, and presenting engaging videos that educate, entertain, and grow our audience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trending topics relevant to our niche and target audience
- Plan, script, and present engaging YouTube videos (long-form & short-form)
- Act as the on-camera face/host for video content
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop content strategies
- Shoot and assist in video production (lighting, audio, camera setup)
- Edit videos or coordinate with editors to deliver high-quality content
- Optimize videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Analyze performance metrics (views, CTR, retention) and improve content accordingly
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and audience preferences
(These responsibilities align with typical creator roles involving end-to-end video production and analytics-driven growth.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
- Ability to present content confidently in Hindi and/or English
- Experience in content creation, video hosting, or social media
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and audience engagement strategies
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a YouTuber, influencer, or video presenter
- Familiarity with tech, digital marketing, or business-related content
- Knowledge of analytics tools like YouTube Studio
- Portfolio or sample videos demonstrating presentation skills
